FAQ:

 What do the different light colors on power button mean when I first turn it or when I am charging the headlamp?

Green:  Headlamp is charged

Red:  Headlamp is low charge

Blinking Red:  Headlamp is very low charge and will probably turn off soon.

Blinking Green: Headlamp is connected to charger, but battery is not being charged.  

Light is blinking green, but my headlamp is not charging?  Or my headlamp only works when it is plugged in? 

Most common solutions:   1. Clear shipping tab may still be in place.  Unscrew tail cap (the end that is engraved with our logo) and remove clear plastic tab. And put tail cap back on.  2.  Make sure tail cap is snug.  But no need to overtighten it.  3.  Problem with charging block or cable.  Try different ones.  4.  If none of these work, please contact us

Does the headlamp have a warranty?

Yes. 12 months.  Please contact us and we will assist you.  We try to answer all e-mails within 2 business days.   

Can I dim the headlamp?

Yes.  Press and hold the button in and it will cycle through 6 levels of brightness

How do I get the headlamp to last longer on a charge?

Dim to the headlamp to a level that is appropriate for your activity.  Most people find the brightest setting isn't always necessary.  The brighter you set your headlamp the shorter the battery will last between recharges.
